iOS Beta Invites
We are working hard to get everyone who has signed up access to the beta. Apple allows us to invite up to 10,000 users through TestFlight and we've received significantly more sign-ups than that limit. We're working on freeing up space, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
If your TestFlight invite expired, you can request a re-invite here.
Feedback & Bug Reports
We appreciate all feedback and bug reports! Please send them to info@sesame.com. We do not currently have a dedicated support team and may not be able to respond to every inquiry received.
API & Sales Inquiries
Sesame does not offer API access at this time.
Fake Sesame Apps
Please note that Sesame does not currently offer a mobile app and is not affiliated with any apps in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or similar platforms.
Please beware of copy-cats using the Sesame name. We are actively working with these platforms to try and get these apps removed.
Audio Artifacts & Hallucinations
As with all AI systems, our models may occasionally produce unexpected outputs, including audio artifacts or hallucinations. We're continuously working to improve the quality and reliability of our system. If you encounter any issues, please report them to info@sesame.com.
Transcript Requests & Data Deletion
You can manually delete your personal data by using the 'Delete Account' toggle in the admin console of your account profile. We also process valid data deletion requests within 30 days.
