Custom reports may be saved with visibility to any role that you have permission to use, to a single role, or all users, or you can save the report for private use. In addition, as you save a report, you may elect to store the report in an existing folder, or one you create there and then.
Saved reports may be run with a single click from the Search/Report page, published on the home page, or accessed via the ExtraView API.
