Many users have multiple roles within one organization. While most tracking systems require multiple IDs and a new sign-on, ExtraView can allow a user to switch among multiple roles within a single session.
A user's current role is displayed in the menu barat the top of the screen. To change roles, the user simply pulls down the menu with their mouse, and chooses the new role he or she wishes to use within the current session.
Changes are immediate (Note that the administration menu button and the dashboard disappear in the above example). All screens, layouts and security options are applied immediately. |
