ExtraView supports the ability to add an unlimited number of file attachments to any ExtraView issue.
Attachments can include anything from a screen shot with a particular error message to a document outlining the specifications for a particular software feature. Thumbnails of attachments that contain images will be displayed when editing issues or producing reports.
Attachments may be up to 4GB in size and are stored within the database under the same security as other ExtraView objects or they may be stored on the file system. A full history of each attachment is stored, so that the administrator may not only see who added and altered attachments, but they can see which users viewed the attachment, and they can see when they viewed it. |
