Often, users have an issue which needs to be cloned, allowing a divergence between the original issue and the new one. In ExtraView, a single click of the mouse button achieves this.

The new cloned issue has a comment that shows the ID of the original issue from which it was cloned. Other comments from the original issue are also included

Once cloned, the new issue is completely independent from the original issue. Rules can be executed as the issue is cloned. These rules allow you to set, update or clear values in the new issue upon the clone operation.
