Search results may be sorted by column headers, grouped by relationship, or updated in mass.
Assuming the administrator has given permission, users will see a button labeled 'Update' on Quicklist Reports, Detailed Reports and Custom Reports. This button allows the batch or mass update of a list of fields available to the user.
For example, the user may want to re-assign all the open issues assigned to one person to a different person. Another example may be to move a range of issues open against a specific release to another future release of the product. |
