Custom Reports allow the user to pick which fields he or she wants to see and display the results in a tabular form.

For example, the QA manager may want to run a report that shows all of the issues awaiting testing.

Once a report has been prepared it can be stored to run in the future. The results can be sorted by any field with a single click of the mouse. With permission, users can take any result set and apply a mass update to change all the records in the report, for example to reassign all the open issues to a different engineer.
