Auto assignment of issues is supported based on module owners. ExtraView fields are automatically updated with the appropriate owner for each module.
Upon selection of a module, the established owner is automatically assigned the issue. This ensures the proper routing of issues to the most appropriate person.
Once configured, auto assignment of issues is supported through all interfaces into ExtraView including email, API and form-based issue submission. |
